What do you sell?

Horror Metal Depot specializes in Horror movie, Heavy Metal and Hard Rock music, along with other novelty swag and merch. If its scary, loud and cool, its at the Horror Metal Depot.

How can I place an order?

Horror Metal Depot  can accept orders through our website or by phone.

Online

Stripe, Debit Card, 

 

If you have a Stripe account, you can automatically create a new HorrorMetalDepot.com account by using the Checkout with Stripe option. When you are ready to complete your order, simply click the Stripe Checkout button. You will be prompted to log in to your Stripe account, at which point you will be able to select your Shipping Address. Once you confirm your payment and shipping information, you will be directed back to 

 

HorrorMetalDepot.com Checkout process to complete your order.

After you complete your order, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing your Order Number and a summary of your order. Please save this confirmation email for your records.

BY PHONE

You can place an order over the phone with our Customer Service Team by calling (609) 288-2606. Horror Metal Depot is open from 9:00AM to 6:00PM Eastern Time, Monday through Saturday.

When you call to order, please have all your ordering information ready, including the product codes and sizes of the items you want to order, as well as your Credit or Debit Card information. If paying by Money Order, please note your Order Number to include on your Money Order when you send it in.

For orders placed by phone, we can only accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, and Money order. We cannot process Stripe payments for phone orders

Shop early!

The sooner you can place your order, the sooner you can receive it. If you absolutely need your order by a specific date, please review the order processing and shipping time information provided below.
Make sure it's in stock.

Be prepared!

If you call to check on product availability, to check the status of an order, or to place an order by phone, please have all the relevant product numbers, order number, and payment information ready before you call.


Avoid common mistakes.

Most of the problems we encounter when processing orders are caused by incorrect information entered during checkout. Before you submit your payment information, double-check your credit card number and expiration date.

Also, make sure the billing address you've entered is where your credit card is registered - it's usually the address where your credit card statement is sent. You can always have your order sent to a separate shipping address, but we must be able to verify your address information before we can ship your order.


Follow up: Check your email!

Once we ship your order, we'll send you an email with a tracking number for your order.

However, if we have any problems processing your order, we will send an email notice to the address you used to set up your account. To avoid delays, we strongly encourage you to check your email at least once a day after placing your order, and to respond as necessary at your earliest convenience.

PLEASE NOTE: Since some email providers filter our notification emails as spam, we recommend checking your spam folder as well.

When will my order be processed?

All Orders Ship Same Day or Next Business Day.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday; Orders placed after 9AM Monday will ship on Tuesday.

When will I receive my order?

 Delivery time for USPS Priority Mail is 3 to 5 business days after date of shipping. Some Priority Mail shipments may take up to 5 business days. Delivery time for UPS Ground varies by destination. 

 UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are available for faster delivery. Delivery times are given in full business days. The date of shipping is not included in your delivery time. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included in your delivery time

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we ship world wide with tracking, and customs form you will have to pay extra for any taxes or tariffs imposed on goods entering your country.

 All international orders are shipped via USPS International Prioity Mail with an estimated delivery time of 8 to 12 business days. Due to possible delays from customs and your local postal service, we cannot guarantee delivery time for international shipments.

What if an item I ordered is out of stock?

Horror Metal Depot, we consider the prompt shipping of your order to be our high priority. Sadly, we cannot guarantee stock on all items ordered. Please email or call (609) 288-2606 9AM to 6:00PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, to check on product availability before placing your order.

If any items on your order have sold out, we will cancel those items from your order and adjust the price of your order accordingly. All other in-stock items will be shipped.

If your order is completely out of stock, we will send you an email to notify you, and your order will be cancelled.

PLEASE KNOW: Horror Metal Depot can only ship orders for in-stock items; Horror Metal Depot does offer pre-ordering or back-ordering. Out-of-stock items will be shipped at a later date. To re-order unshipped items, please call (609) 288-2606 from 9AM to 6:00PM Eastern Time.

Horror Metal Depot Return Policy

Horror Metal Depot  will accept returns on manufacturing defects only. All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must be pre-approved. In the event of any mistake on your order, please contact us immediately.15 DAY RETURN PERIOD

PRODUCT CONDITION
Returned merchandise must be in original condition. Horror Metal Depot will not accept for return any item that has been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer. If a significant product defect occurs within the first 30 days of normal use, Horror Metal Depot may offer a refund or replacement for the defective product.

 Items that arrive damaged during shipment at that time contact us and we will file insurance claim with shipping carrier. Please provide pictures so we can submit claim on your behalf and reimburse you for your order.


Cancellation Policy:
Horror Metal Depot does not accept cancellations after an approved order has been processed.


U.S. ORDERS ONLY
Only orders shipped within the United States are eligible for return. All sales are final for orders shipped outside the United States. Sorry, no returns for international orders.

RETURN SHIPPING
Horror Metal Depot will provide a prepaid return label via the return request link.

GIFT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Horror Metal Depot can only accept returns of items ordered directly from HorrorMetalDepot.com. Merchandise purchased from other vendors cannot be returned to Horror Metal Depot.

LIMITATION OF LIABILTY

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY USING THE SITE AND/OR BY CREATING AND USING YOUR USER ACCOUNT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE. IF YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS ON BEHALF OF A BUSINESS, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THAT BUSINESS TO THESE TERMS AND YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS WILL BE TREATED AS THE AGREEMENT OF THE BUSINESS. IN THAT EVENT, “YOU” AND “YOUR” WILL REFER AND APPLY TO THAT BUSINESS.
